Had a wonderful education yesterday thanks to a good friend, Gail Stolzenberg. He invited me to go see a presentation by Jim Rohn at the Reliant Arena. He even got us backstage to talk with Mr. Rohn (below)
The event was full of great information (I have 13 pages of notes!)
The day that you stop learning is the day that you start decreasing your rewards and start suffering from frustration and lower levels of satisfaction.
After the presentation, I met a great St. Bernard named Sebastian outside of Gail’s office. We chatted for about fifteen minutes. Sebastian told me that it was his first full day in Houston (in the United States for that matter), as his parents just moved here from Glasgow, Scotland. He absolutely coated my suit with hair, but it was so cool to see another Saint around that I didn’t mind – I needed to take it to the cleaners anyway.
