As you know from previous posts, Protein Tastes Bad. I have been having a heck of a time find a meal replacement shake that doesn’t taste horrible. After hearing the same recommendation from several people, I decided to give Shakeology a try. They taste good and have a great nutritional breakdown.
I like the chocolate and drink them with a couple of variations. I either add a banana or a small orange to the mix and have myself a darn tasty meal.
