I have to take a few minutes and make note of what a good job Enterprise did the other day for me when I rented a car. There was a delay in getting into the car because they were so busy and then the receipt showed some coverage that I declined. I mentioned it when returning the car and was simply asked, “What can we do to make your experience exceptional?”
It wasn’t just lip-service. They proceeded to make sure that my experience with renting from Enterprise was exceptional. It was clear that by the end of the transaction, they were not going to settle for me being anything less than delighted with their service – and they succeeded. I have rented from a dozen different car rental companies and I think I have a new favorite. I can’t recommend them enough.
