In honor of the 75th anniversary of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, a collection of six-foot tall painted boots have been placed around town. On my way back from a client today, I decided to snap a few.

Wow. Those are….. big. 🙂 Are they just at Eleanor Tinsley or are they in other places?
Actually some of those pics were taken by the statue of Sam Houston at Hermann Park. Those are the two locations I found, but there are supposed to be more.
Do you know how long the boots will be at these locations?
I think it is until the rodeo is over. I understand they will be auctioned off for charity.
