I picked up The Culture Code: The Secrets of Highly Successful Groups by Daniel Coyle because I really enjoyed his book, The Talent Code when I read it back in 2014. I appreciate the no-nonsense (and no fluff) approach that Coyle takes in his writing.
Like his work in The Talent Code, Coyle first explains how culture is responsible for more success than mere talent alone. He breaks down what makes organizations with great culture more successful than their competition and then goes into what it takes to create a successful culture.
Coyle’s example at times are bit simplistic but it serves a purpose in reinforcing the important elements of creating a good culture within your organization. Even if you are not trying to run a Fortune 500 company, this is useful information.
