Interesting facts from 2020
- Maroon 5 grabbed the top spot for the second year in a row and third time ever.Ā They have only missed being in the Top 25 one time since I started tracking
- It took the same number of plays to reach the Top 25 this year as last.
- After Andy Grammar was the 2018 #1 artist and dropping to #15 in 2019, he stayed at 15 this year
- Train is on the list for the ninth straight year (#1 for 2012, 2013 and 2017)
- 6 of the Top 25 artists were not in the last year’s chart – 4 less than last year
